Shipping Info

LTMEndeavorsgifts.com makes every effort to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 business hours of the sale. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
LTMEndeavorsgifts.com does not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
Packages can not be re-routed when in transit
Damaged items can not be returned if opened.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service department to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to obtain a replacement item.
U.S. Shipping
For all of our customers residing within the 48 contiguous United States, LTMEndeavorsgifts.com will ship via UPS Ground or FedEx. In certain cases—such as replacements, etc.—we will send your order using USPS Priority Mail.
Additionally, we offer different shipping options, such as faster delivery, for customers seeking expeditious delivery of their order. Unfortunately at this time, customers in Alaska and Hawaii can choose Ground Shipping only.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are determined by a matrix of factors including package size, weight, and value. Therefore, in some cases we will not be able to predetermine the shipping costs for your international order. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us for a special shipping quote.
Delivery Times
UPS & FedEx transit times within the US range between 1–6 business days. They do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, an item shipped Next Day Air on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Check below to see the different transit times.

UPS Access Points
As many of you have recently been noticing, UPS has decided to partner with several neighborhood businesses to create Access Points. These businesses will hold a package for pick up that is not deliverable to its destination. Only one delivery attempt will be made to the delivery address on the package and if the recipient is not available a note will be left for pick up at an Access Point location. The location will hold the package for several days awaiting pick up and if the package is not picked up, it will be returned to us.
This has been implemented due to the number of packages that come up lost or stolen from delivery points. In some cases packages will still be placed on the doorstep, but in high foot traffic locations, homes that are close to sidewalks apartment complexes, etc, the package would be safer at an Access Point location awaiting pick up.
Moving the package to an Access Point location is fully at the discretion of the UPS driver because they are the responsible parties for your packages delivery. We do not have control over this aspect of the delivery process.
